We had a great time learning about Chinese dragons as we read The Tale of Chester Choi and talked about the animals of the Chinese Zodiac! I hope to see you all again soon!

Pin Yin Panda loved meeting the Ruyton Girls of Years 2 to 4, and Sybil Snake found her visit to the Years 5 to 6s very ssssssatisfactory! I hope you all had fun – and learnt a bit of Chinese history and folklore along the way! Special thanks to Julie Purcell, LRC Director for inviting me and helping the afternoon to run smoothly! And girls….remember, don’t spend too much time in front of the mirror…and the boyfriends carry the bags!

A wonderful trip down memory lane…

And today I went back to visit all the students and staff! Thank you so much to lovely headmistress Ms Milena Maranville, fabulous librarian Judy Garner and her assistant Catherine Mawson, and all the staff and students for such a warm welcome back! I had a lovely time!
