It’s that time of the year again, when ghouls, ghosts and goblins are grabbing their galoshes, witches and warlocks are wondering where they put their broomsticks, and mums and dads are saving all their pennies for their kids’ upcoming dentist appointments! Yes, Halloween is around the corner, and it’s time for another international Halloween Story competition! Only this time, while you’re scaring me silly, I also want you to make me LAUGH!
